How to Print Bigger or Smaller Text in Outlook

One reason to print larger text is to make really small text much larger before you print the email message so that the printed page is easier to read. Or maybe you're in the opposite situation, where you need to reduce large text so that the email fits on the page.

  1. Double-click the email in Outlook to open it in a new window.

  2. In the Message tab, go to the Move group and select Actions.
