How to Show the Account in the Windows Mail or Outlook Express Message List

When you have multiple email accounts set up in Windows Mail or Outlook Express and they all bounce their mail to the Inbox, it can become difficult to tell which messages stems from which account.

Show the Account in the Windows Mail or Outlook Express Message List

In Windows Mail or Outlook Express, you can add an Account column to the message list, which will tell you which email account every message in the list belongs to:

• Select View | Columns... from the menu.
• Make sure Account is selected.
• Click OK.
