Add a Sender to the Windows Mail or Outlook Express Address Book Quickly
To add the sender of a message to your Windows Mail or Outlook Express address book:
- Highlight the message in the message list.
- Select Tools | Add Sender to Address Book.
This inserts the sender with the name and email address that appeared in the From: header of the message to your address book.
With this method Windows Mail and Outlook Express will not ask any questions. If you want to edit the entry, you have to do it in the address book.
