Windows Live Mail, Windows Mail and Outlook Express allow you to define default stationery that is automatically applied when you start composing a new email.
Use Default Stationery in Windows Live Mail, Windows Mail or Outlook Express
To make a stationery the default for new messages in Windows Live Mail, Windows Mail or Outlook Express:

- Select Tools | Options... from the menu.
- Go to the Compose tab.
- Make sure Mail: is checked under Stationery.
- Click the corresponding Select... button.
- Choose the desired stationery and click OK.
- Click OK again.
The default stationery is not used when you reply to a message in Windows Live Mail, Windows Mail or Outlook Express, but you can manually apply a stationery.
Use Different Stationery for a Message
Of course, you can still create messages that do not use any stationery even if you have defined default stationery.
