Remove an Address from Blocked Senders in Windows Live Mail or Windows Mail
To allow a sender's messages back to your Windows Live Mail or Windows Mail Inbox:
- In Windows Live Mail:
- Select Actions | Junk e-mail | Safety options… from the menu. Press Alt if you cannot see the menu.
- In Windows Mail:
- Select Tools | Junk E-mail Options... from the menu.
- Go to the Blocked Senders tab.
- Highlight the address or domain you want to delete from the list.
- Click Remove.
Remove an Address from Blocked Senders in Outlook Express
To unblock an address in Outlook Express and remove it from the list of blocked senders:
- Select Tools | Message Rules | Blocked Senders List from the menu in Outlook Express.
- Highlight the sender (or domain) you want to remove.
- Click Remove.
Note: you can also delete all entries of your blocked senders list at once.
