Add Carbon-Copy (Cc:) Recipients in Mozilla Thunderbird, Mozilla or Netscape

By , About.com Guide

The Cc: header field of email messages is one of the most useful. It allows you to specify additional people who will receive exactly the same message as the recipient in the To: field.

To add email addresses to the Cc: field in Mozilla Thunderbird, Mozilla or Netscape:

  • Insert the primary recipient in the To: field.
  • Press Enter.
  • Click on the button with the down arrow and To: on it.
  • Select Cc: from the drop-down menu.
  • Enter additional recipients.

If you want to put more than one address in the Cc: field, separate them by commas.
