Send an Automatic Bcc Copy of Outgoing Mail in Mozilla Thunderbird Having a copy of all outgoing mail in the Sent folder may be well and good, but what if you want to collect your mail in another account or have to archive all outgoing messages separately? In Mozilla Thunderbird, you can easily send Bcc copies of all mail to every email address you like. Invisible to other recipients, these copies create a trail of the mail you send or act as a secondary Sent folder. To automatically send a Bcc copy of all outgoing mail to one or more email addresses in Mozilla Thunderbird, follow these steps. Select Tools > Account Settings from the menu in Mozilla Thunderbird. Go to Copies & Folders under the desired account. Check Bcc these email addresses. Type the desired address or addresses where you want the Bcc copies to go, separating them with a comma. Click OK. When you compose a new message in Mozilla Thunderbird, the automatic Bcc addresses will prepopulate. You can selectively remove them, of course. Was this page helpful? Thanks for letting us know!
