How to Send Mail from a Different Account and From: Address in iPhone Mail

You've just been the vice president. Shortly, you'll be video podcaster, and then aunt maybe.

In iPhone Mail, you can set up the accounts corresponding to all these roles' email addresses. You don't have to switch accounts to compose from either, though, and you can also use them all with a single Gmail account, for example. Picking a From: address different from the current default is, fortunately, easy.

Send Mail from a Different Account and From: Address in iPhone Mail

To choose the account from which an email or reply you are composing in iPhone Mail will be sent:

  • Start with a new message or reply in iPhone Mail.
  • Tap Cc/Bcc, From:.
  • Now tap on the From: line.
  • Choose the desired From: address.
  • Continue addressing, composing and sending the message.
