How to Rescue or Import Mail from an Old Computer or IncrediMail Installation

• Make sure you have access to the old IncrediMail data folder.
  • You can install the old hard disk in the new computer or work from a copy of the data. Make sure the folders are not compressed (as a ZIP file, for example), though.
• Open IncrediMail.
• Select File | Import | Messages... from the menu.

• Make sure you have access to the old IncrediMail data folder
• Highlight "IncrediMail"
• Now click "Select Folder..."
• Click "Next"
• Make sure "All Folders" is selected
• Now click "Finish"
• Move messages to their final positions
