- Click Create new folder.

- Launch IncrediConvert
- Click the "Export" toolbar button
- Highlight "Desktop" under "Select output folder"
- Click "Create new folder"
- Hit "Return"
- Click "Open folder"
- For every folder inside "exported mail"
- Open the folder by double-clicking it
- Drag and drop them to the folder in Outlook Express
- You're done
