- Select "Tools | Accounts..." from the menu in IncrediMail
- Click "Add"
- Make sure "Let me configure settings myself" is selected
- Enter your name under "Your name is:"
- Make sure "POP3" is selected under "My incoming mail server type is:"
- Enter your complete Windows Live Hotmail email address under "Username:"
- Highlight the Windows Live Hotmail account in the "Mail Accounts" window
- Go to the "General" tab
- Go to the "Servers" tab
- Go to the "Advanced" tab
