How to Have IncrediMail Complete Recipient Names and Addresses

Good thing computers are so good remembering! Good thing computers are so fast typing!

In IncrediMail, you can take advantage of these two aspects of your computer's forte by having it complete addresses and names from your address book as you type them. This means you just have to type a few characters — maybe only one — in the To: or Cc: field when addressing an email and can select from a list of matching contacts IncrediMail automatically picks from your address book.

Have IncrediMail Complete Recipient Names and Addresses

To tell IncrediMail to present matching contacts from your address book:

• Select Tool | Options... from the menu in IncrediMail.
• Go to the Message tab.
• Make sure Automatically complete email contacts is checked under Auto Complete.
• Click OK.
