How to Append Your Signature Automatically in IncrediMail

In IncrediMail, you can create an impressive signature easily. Of course you want to append it to every message you compose. Fortunately, IncrediMail can do this automatically for you.

To have IncrediMail append your signature to outgoing mail automatically:

• Select Tools | Options... from the IncrediMail menu.
• Go to the Emails tab.
• Make sure Automatically insert my signature is selected under Signature.
  • Let me suggest checking Also when I Reply/Forward Messages as well.
• Click OK.

• Make sure Automatically insert signature to outgoing messages is selected under Signature.
  • I recommend checking Automatically insert signature to Reply/Forward messages as well.
• Click OK.
