In IncrediMail, you can easily pick from a host of handy icons for each person in your address book. You'll be able to immediately spot emails from your family or boss, for instance, or know to leave by the side a newsletter for now.
Spot a Contact's Mail Fast with a Special Icon in IncrediMail
To have IncrediMail mark mail from a certain sender with a special icon in the message list:
- Click the contact icon right to the left of the sender's name or email address.
- Now click on the desired icon you want to use for the sender.
If you pick an icon for somebody not yet in your IncrediMail contacts, this will also add the sender to your address book.
To change the contact icon for a contact without a message from them at hand:
- Select Contacts in IncrediMail.
- Double-click the desired contact.
- Click the icon under Icon:.
- Select the desired new icon for the contact.
- Click OK.
