The faster you can get to the desired feed and subscription in Google Reader, for example, the more relaxed your reading will be. You can click to open a subscription, of course — but first you have to scroll and look and get the alphabet in order, not to mention all those folders...
Or you stick to the keyboard, going to any subscription with nary a glance at the screen. Why not look out of the window instead. But make it a quick look.
Go to Any Subscription Fast in Google Reader
To open any subscription swiftly using only the keyboard in Google Reader:
- Press g immediately followed by u.
- To select the desired feed:
- Use the down and up keys to highlight or
- start typing the subscription's name's first characters.
- Press Enter.
