Scroll Through News Items in Google Reader with Nonchalant Swiftness

To scroll through news items fast in Google Reader:

  • Press the Space key.

If the current item takes up more than what you currently see in your browser window, Space will scroll down a page. If you have read all of the item, Google Reader takes you to the next item.
