Other email replies are a few quick words sprung to the mind while reading, painfully looking for the Reply button, clicking, then typing and seeking the button to send.
GMX Mail lets you send the second kind of reply a tad faster so you have, if you like, more time for the former. Quick replies require little clicking, no hunting for buttons and no opportunity to fret about the formatting and appearance of quoted text.
Send Quick Replies in GMX Mail
To jot a quick reply in GMX Mail:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the message to which you want to reply.
- Type your reply over Write quick response… or Write other instant messages….
- Press Ctrl-Enter.
- You can also click Send.
GMX Mail will send your reply in plain text, quote the original message but not include your signature.
