Move Tasks Between Lists in Gmail Tasks
To move a task from one Gmail Tasks list to another:
- Make sure the task you want to move is highlighted.
- Press Shift-Enter or click the right arrow.
- Select the desired list under Move to list:.
- Click ‹ Back to list
- You will return to the task's original list, not the new one.
