How to Access Gmail Tasks on Your Phone or in Your Browser

Gmail Tasks brings your to-do list to your email. Your phone brings you Gmail everywhere. Gmail on your phone, unfortunately, does not bring your to-do list with it, though.

That's not to mean you have to be without tasks on the road. Gmail Tasks are available stand-alone in your device's — or your computer's — browser.

Access Gmail Tasks on Your Phone

To manage your Gmail tasks on a mobile device:

• Go to https://mail.google.com/tasks in your device's browser.
  • If you use Gmail as a part of Google Apps, visit http://mail.google.com/tasks/a/[domainname] instead, replacing [domainname] with your domain name.

Access Gmail Tasks in Your Browser Outside Gmail

To open (Gmail Tasks in a page of its own:

• Open https://mail.google.com/tasks/desktop in your browser.

You can also add (a more handy) Gmail Tasks to your iGoogle's any tab.
