Now that the tasks are checked done, it's time to celebrate — first, by sending a copy of the list to your significant other, mother, or yourself.
In Gmail, copying any view of any Tasks list to a new email ready for sending is, thankfully, easy; fait accompli!
Email a To-do List from Gmail Tasks
To send a task list via email from Gmail:
- Make sure Gmail Tasks is open.
- Open the desired Gmail Tasks list and view.
- Click Actions.
- Select Email task list.
- Address the email that comes up, maybe change the subject line and send it.
Note that completed tasks will not appear different from unfinished tasks. Gmail Tasks also does not copy notes to the message.
