Fortunately, Google Voice in Gmail makes it easy to take any call and move it to any other phone you've set up for Google Voice. You don't have to hang up and call back or go through any other hoops. Just click a button and pick up the call elsewhere.
Switch a Call from Gmail to A Different Phone
To continue a phone call from Gmail on a different phone:
- Press * (star) in the Call pane. All your Google Voice phones will ring.
- Pick up the call on the desired phone to continue.
