How to Catch up With a Channel in FeedDemon

It's easy to mark a news item read in FeedDemon: read it. But what if you prefer to follow the news using newspapers and group newspapers?

You have read the headlines, you inspected the descriptions, you even followed some links, but all the news are still unread, threatening to show up again and again. If you have maximized the browser, you can't even mark items unread by clicking the envelope icon. But if you have a keyboard, you also have a swift way to mark everything read.

Catch up With a Channel in FeedDemon

To catch up with a channel in FeedDemon:

• Hit Shift-Ctrl-A.

If you use Group Newspapers extensively, you can also mark a complete group of channels read easily.

To catch up with a channel group:

• Press Ctrl-R.
• Click Yes (or hit Enter).
