How to Maximize the Reading and Browsing Pane in FeedDemon

With tabs, a pop-up blocker, flexible toolbar searching and all your Internet Explorer favorites available, FeedDemon is a decent web browser with the additional bonus of understanding RSS.

Of course, FeedDemon's focus is normally an efficient interface to the web's worth of content by the medium of RSS feeds. Part of this interface is the item list which lets you open, flag, hide, copy, blog and email news items.

But if you like to read your feeds in newspaper style or for the occasional web grazing in between, wouldn't it be nice if FeedDemon's browsing pane was larger? Fortunately, you can maximize it easily by hiding the item list.

Maximize the Reading and Browsing Pane in FeedDemon

To maximize the reading and browsing pane in FeedDemon:

• Press F11.
  • Additionally, you can select View | Show Channel Bar to hide the list of channels as well and allow the browser to occupy the full FeedDemon window.

To return to normal display, hit F11 (and optionally select View | Show Channel Bar) again.
