Unfortunately, Eudora also seems to have the unwelcome habit of printing only part of the essential header information. If you print a message, From:, To:, Subject: and maybe X-Attachments are typically all the headers you see. No date,.
Fortunately, this is because Eudora prints what you see on the screen. That's good because it allows for great flexibility. We can, again, print just what we need when we need it. If you print a message shown in Eudora's preview pane, for example, the most limited set of headers is printed.
Print More or All Header Information in Eudora
To print more or all header information in Eudora:
- Double-click the message you want to print in the message list to open it in a separate window.
- Select File | Print... to print more headers.
- Optionally, click the Blah Blah Blah button before printing to see all header lines in print.
To further customize which headers do or do not appear in printouts as well as on screen when you open a message, you can tweak the TabooHeaders X-Eudora-Option.
