But what if, in a group discussion or on a mailing list, for example, you are replying to pieces from multiple emails? You can copy and paste the original messages, of course, or you write individual replies to all emails (which you should normally do if they are about different subjects). Or you use Eudora.
Eudora has a very convenient feature that allows you to include the text of as many messages as you like in a reply. Your reply will automatically be addressed to the authors of all the messages included, too.
Include Multiple Messages in a Reply in Eudora
To include more than one messages in a single reply with Eudora:
- Highlight all the messages you want to include in your reply in the Eudora mailbox.
- If the messages are in different folders, you first have to copy them to one of them so that they are all collected in one folder.
- Click the Reply button.
Now continue editing and eventually sending your reply. Make sure you go through the recipient list in the To: field before you click Send to avoid sending your mail to people you did not intend the message to go to.
