Do you trust Cloudmark Desktop so much that you never really check the messages put in your Spam folder by it? Then you might want to make it move messages right to the Trash.
Of course, you can still recover good messages erroneously caught by Cloudmark Desktop from the Trash. If you plan to still check the spam for good mail, moving it to a dedicated folder is probably better, though.
Allow Cloudmark Desktop to Delete Bad Emails Automatically
To allow Cloudmark Desktop to delete bad emails automatically:
- Select Cloudmark | Options... from the Cloudmark Desktop toolbar.
- Go to the Preferences tab.
- Make sure Other action: is selected under Detection Action.
- Select Move to Deleted Items Folder from the Other action: drop-down menu.
- Click OK.
