How to Send an Email to Undisclosed Recipients in Zoho Mail

By , About.com Guide

Who likes long lists? Long lists of things to do, ingredients to mix, numbers to check, items to buy, addresses to overlook.

Those long lists of email addresses in the beginning and middle of forwarded emails, fortunately, are easily avoided. If you send your email to "undisclosed recipients", no recipient will see any address but your own — and if they forward, their quoted message will be clean, too.

In Zoho Mail, mailing multiple hidden recipients is easy.

Send an Email to Undisclosed Recipients in Zoho Mail

To write a message delivered to multiple undisclosed recipients in Zoho Mail:

  • Click Compose to start a new email in Zoho Mail.
  • Type "Undisclosed recipients <" followed by your Zoho Mail address, followed by ">" in the To: field.
    • If your Zoho Mail address is "me@zoho.com", for instance, make the To field read "Undisclosed recipients " (not including the quotation marks).
  • Click Add Bcc (above the To field).
  • Enter all the email's recipients in the Bcc field.
  • Write the email's text, add the Subject and click Send.

Note that you will get a copy of the message you just sent (in addition to the one stored in the Sent folder). You can safely delete it.
