To make sure Zoho Mail keeps running without hiccups for all, there are limits on the amount of mail you can send and receive per day. Typically, these limits will be more than generous enough, but do watch out for attachments. To send big chunks in little time, you can also try a file sending service.
How Much Mail You Can Send (and Receive) Per Day in Zoho Mail
Using a free personal Zoho Mail account, you can
- send
- at most 150 emails
- (to no more than 50 recipients per message)
- up to a combined size (including attachments) of 200 MB per day (from the web interface) or 40 MB (from an email program using Zoho Mail SMTP servers) and
- receive emails (including attachments) up to a total size of 300 MB per day.
Assuming an average email size, that's some 4,000 emails you can receive or 30 emails, of course, with 10 MB in attached files to receive and 20 to send.
