The email archive knows. In MailMate you know quickly, too: there's no typing names or email addresses; no copying and pasting; no constructing involved search criteria either. One click is all you need to find all the correspondence between an email's sender and recipients in MailMate — provided their email addresses have not changed and they don't use more than one.
Find Other Messages Exchanged with a Sender Fast in MailMate
To have MailMate look up all other messages from the sender of the message you are viewing to any of its recipients (and, vice versa, from any of the recipients — including you, possibly — to the original sender):
- Highlight the desired message in MailMate.
- Click Correspondence in the toolbar.
You can click Save now to turn the search criteria into a Smart Mailbox's.
