Conversion Rate
Definition: Measures how many of one hundred recipients of a mailing took the desired action (making a purchase, signing up for a newsletter, or registering, for example). To be correct, the conversion rate must not collect data from people who reach a landing page from a newsletter directly, but also those who use other channels (phone, fax,...) or those who take an action because of, but not directly from a mailing.
