Extractor Pro started as a tool for harvesting email addresses. So it's no surprise that it can import addresses from many sources. This includes the flexible ReplyMan incoming mail filtering which makes it easy to set up auto-responders or automate list management.
Unfortunately, the list is limited to email address, first and last name. These are also the only fields available for mail merging. Further personalization is not possible.
Delivering the messages works as fast as it gets with multiple external SMTP servers. The internal delivery engine had problems, though and did not send all the messages it could have sent, reporting DNS or server errors.
