Guide Review - Mailbox Guard 1.7 - Mail Filter
Email has two major problems: viruses and spam.Mailbox Guard tries to eliminate them both using a scanning engine set up to detect both malware, spam and mail containing obscenity. As far as bad language and (and this is great) viruses are concerned, Mailbox Guard does a pretty good job, automatically marking these messages for deletion.
Unfortunately, Mailbox Guard is not as accurate when it comes to detecting spam, which happens more or less by chance. You can easily browse, preview and (manually) delete mail directly at the server, though, all from Mailbox Guard's nice user interface.
