Unfortunately, these filters and their underlying architecture, designed to make your life easier, will make it more difficult. Using neither statistics nor scoring, Mail Snoop Pro will leave a lot of spam undetected but kill some good mail instead.
Fortunately, it also mentions why each mail was deleted, so you can find out which of the predefined filters was a bit overzealous and disable it. Alternatively, you can build white lists or filters to counter-act the original filters easily. Neither is a sustainable, comfortable, simple or effective solution, though.
Mail Snoop Pro is best as a mail checker and remote mailbox browser that allows you to delete some emails fast — manually.
