Guide Review - Express Plus 1.0 - Email Program

Express Plus is primarily an email client with standard features, some nice ideas and some shortcomings. For example, it will immediately show you whether a message is from somebody you know, you can preview and delete mail right at the server and write emails using stationery, but its mail filters are a bit strange and inflexible.

One feature sets Express Plus apart from other email clients, however: it contains an extensive address book (shared with Time & Chaos) and the ability to merge contact fields flexibly with message templates. It does that better than many dedicated bulk email applications.

The lack of list management or an internal SMTP engine disqualify it for larger lists, but for smaller lists it's worth a try.
