Guide Review - MailChecker32 3.6.0 - Mail Checker
MailChecker32's options are numbered, but you can have it check multiple POP (unfortunately POP only) accounts and announce only message matching certain conditions, and it works nicely.
Unfortunately, the interface to the "notice conditions" and the not-so-useful spam black-/whitelist isn't so functional. The list that lets you browse and delete mail at the server is, though, and MailChecker32 comes with a number of translations that let you use it in your language.
