Guide Review - Dynamic Mail Communicator 1.0 - Email Marketing Software
You can set up multiple lists directly in DMC or import them from a text file, compose rich messages using the built-in WYSIWYG HTML message editor, use DMC's mail merging capabilities and deliver the messages, of course. DMC can even check a POP account for bounces, unsubscription requests or other incoming mails and process them automatically.
All in all a powerful package, DMC has its weak spots: it relies on one external SMTP server, can't connect to databases directly, and the mail merging could be more flexible, for example.
