Take a Look at the Account Log in The Bat!

Logs may not be the most gripping read for everybody, but a look at them can be enlightening when problems occur. To troubleshoot email transfer problems in The Bat!, take a look at the log this email client keeps for every account.

To display the activity log for a certain email account in The Bat!:

• Highlight the account.
• Select Account | View Log from the menu.
  • Alternatively, especially if you find yourself in the logs often, you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl-Shift-A.

This brings up a simple window displaying all the recent activities for the account.
