Remove the Spam Inspector Email Signature

By Heinz Tschabitscher, About.com

Email signatures are a great place for subtle, but effective advertising. The makers of Spam Inspector are aware of this and hoping you like Spam Inspector's service so much that you'd love to do some advertising for them.

That's why Spam Inspector likes to add a signature to the emails you send telling recipients to download the wonderful Spam Inspector, too. If you like Spam Inspector, but not this signature, it's easy to get rid of it, though.

To remove the Spam Inspector email signature:

  • Select Spam Inspector | Options... from the Spam Inspector toolbar or menu.
  • Go to the General category.
  • Make sure Enable Spam Inspector Email Signature is not checked.
  • Click OK.
