Guide Review - Abilon 2.5 - RSS News Feed Reader
A look at Abilon's feature list reveals a mixed bag of blessings. There's (rudimentary, but still) filtering support for feeds and search, but you can't save searches as virtual folders. Abilon lets you post to a blog, but it does not thread and connect blog posts you receive via RSS.
As a basic RSS feed reader Abilon has its qualities, though. It announces news in the system tray, lets you organize feeds in folders, and you can save items for later in "memories" folders.
The scheduling options are a bit strange and inflexible, but they work.
