I usually want all mail I send to a certain recipient end up in their special folder — automatically. PocoMail provides a particularly fast and easy way to set up a filter that does exactly that.

To set up an outgoing mail filter quickly in PocoMail:

• Go to the Sent folder.
• Click on a message to the recipient you want the filter to look for with the right mouse button.
• Select Quick Filter for "<email address>" from the menu.
• Under Perform move message to, select the folder where you want outgoing messages filed automatically.
• Click OK.
