How to Create a Signature in PocoMail

Signatures are a few lines of text that you can append to your emails. Usually, they contain your name, some contact information and maybe a witty quotation.

Create a Signature in PocoMail

To set up an email signature in PocoMail:

• Select Message | New Message from the menu in PocoMail.
• Choose Message | Edit Signatures from the message's menu.
• Type the name of the new signature instead of "current one" after Signature:.
• Delete the existing signature text.
• Type your new signature.
  • Try to keep your signature within 4-5 lines and
  • use the standard signature delimiter.
• Click Save.
• Close the signatures window.
