Add Members to a PocoMail Mailing List

Once you have created a mailing list in PocoMail, you can start adding members to it. PocoMail is quite flexible, but also a bit spartan in this respect. Let's take a look at the options.

To add memebers to a PocoMail mailing list:

• Select Tools | Address Book... from the menu.
• Highlight the group you want to add members to in the list
• Click Edit.
• Now click Add to Group.
• Enter a member using the Name and E-mail fields.
  • If you leave the E-mail field blank and only use the Name field to enter either a recipient's name, PocoMail will automatically search for matching names, nicknames, email addresses or other groups when you use the group to address a message.
  • If you do enter an email address in the E-mail field, this address is used for the member, no matter what the Name field says.
• Repeat the Add to Group -- data entering-cycle for each member.
• Click OK.

Admittedly, this procedure is a bit cumbersome. Fortunately, there's a much easier way to add people you already have in your PocoMail address book.
