How to Insert Recipients Comfortably in PocoMail

By Heinz Tschabitscher, About.com

I make lots and lots of mistakes when typing. Email addresses are particularly error-prone. Maybe you have experienced that, too, when you got an email from me that was actually intended to go somewhere dramatically else.

Fortunately, PocoMail helps me avoid typing email addresses by making it easy to insert recipients from the address book.

Insert Recipients Comfortably in PocoMail

To insert an email address from the address book comfortably in PocoMail:

  • Start with a new message in PocoMail.
  • Click on To.
  • Select addresses by clicking on them.
  • Insert them in the To: field of your new PocoMail message by clicking Insert.

The same works just as conveniently for the Cc and Bcc fields, and if you make somebody a favorite they'll even appear in bold.
