That's a bit difficult to explain, but it is easy to see:

Pegasus Mail has a quick and perfect fix for the "So" on a line of its own. It can re-wrap the whole paragraph to be nicely justified again, and of course it gets the indenting '>' right, too.
To rewrap and reformat a paragraph easily in Pegasus Mail:
- Move the cursor in the paragraph you want to reformat.
- Paragraphs are separated by an empty line. A single newline character does not constitute a new paragraph.
- Press Ctrl-J.
- Alternatively, you can select Message | Reformat paragraph from the menu.
