Using a great number of powerful and highly flexible filtering methods (which can even be combined to decide on an aggregate score) it detects a good deal of spam and moves it to a special Outlook folder.
Of course, recovering mail from there is as easy as teaching Disruptor OL new filters. The multitude of options brings with it a certain degree of complexity, however, and getting Disruptor OL to work your way can take a bit.
While regexp filters, DNSBL checks and language filtering are all nice, I found myself relying on the Bayesian filtering alone quickly, which reaps great results easily.
