Check for New Mail Periodically in Opera 6

Checking for new mail periodically is something you can do (and probably actually do) yourself. It's much easier, though, to let Opera do that work for you.

To check for new mail periodically in Opera:

• Highlight the email account in the E-mail Hotlist.
• Select E-mail | Edit active account... from the menu.
• Go to the Incoming tab.
• Make sure Check for new e-mail every # minutes is selected under Automation.
• In the entry field to the right of the setting, enter the interval in minutes.
• Click OK.
