How to Back Up or Copy Your Windows Mail or Outlook Express Blocked Senders List

By Heinz Tschabitscher, About.com

When I blocked some senders in Outlook Express, I meant to block them forever (that is: until I want to unblock them again).

I want to keep my list of blocked senders if I reinstall Windows, and I want to carry it to a new computer (and a new Windows Mail or Outlook Express), too. Fortunately, it's fairly easy to back up the list of blocked senders in Outlook Express.
