Sort the Contacts Pane Alphabetically in Outlook Express

By default, Outlook Express sorts the Contacts pane by status. This means online users first.

Since those currently online are not necessarily those that you want to send email, sorting the pane alphabetically by name seems to make more sense.

To sort the Outlook Express contacts pane alphabetically:

• Click on the Contacts button on top of the pane.
• Select Sort by Name from the menu.

Using OESort, you can sort the Contacts pane by last name, too.
