You tell Outlook Express Attachment Extractor which folder to process (only one at a time, unfortunately) and it saves the attachments to a specified directory. So far, so good, though the interface happens to be simple and a bit confusing at the same time.
Unfortunately, Outlook Express Attachment Extractor lacks really useful filters that would allow you to extract only the files you need, and you can't post-process the extracted files automatically with Outlook Express Attachment Extractor.
