Guide Review - Express Archiver 3.1.0 - Outlook Express Archiving Tool

The export functionality built into Outlook Express is nice, but far from perfect. And while you can save one message as a text or eml file easily, archiving becomes difficult if you want to save multiple messages, or attachments along with messages in text format, for example. Here's where Express Archiver comes to the rescue.

Express Archiver can save individual or multiple messages as eml, plain text or HTML files, or as complete dbx files, suitable for transfer to a Unix email client, for example or to be viewed anywhere with just a browser.

Express Archiver is no real backup tool, however. You can use it to recover messages from damaged dbx files, and to archive, search and maintain your messages flexibly.
